5.9.1.3.3. Quality Control Property
SG Code This is where the 30 SG code that is captured in the Master File is displayed. The 30 SG code is compiled with the 21 SG Code + SS Unit + Section Unit. This field can be edited depending on the User’s rights within the MVS.
Valued By This is where the Valuers name appear.
QC By This is where the Quality Controllers name appear.
QC Date This is where the User captures Quality Control date.
Categories This is where the User captures if the Category have been Quality Controlled.
Completeness This is where the Completeness is captured of the Valuation.
Owner Names This is where the User captures if the Owner Names have been Quality Controlled.
Value Control This is where the User captures if the Value have been Quality Controlled.
Notes This is where the User captures Notes on the Quality Control that was done.
Submit QC This is where the User submits Quality Controlled.
Close When the User is complete just click on "Close".
