DDP (Pty) Ltd has developed a Mass Valuation System that enables Valuers and Local Government to value and manage General Valuation Rolls and Supplementary Valuation Rolls that are fully compatible with the Municipal Property Rates Act 6 of 2004.
The system is accessible from any computer or android device with internet access.
The User Manual contains all essential information for the User to make full use of the Mass Valuation System hereafter called the MVS. This manual includes a description of the system functions and capabilities, contingencies and alternate modes of operation, and step-by-step procedures for system access and use.
